優律司美在舞台上:

作为一种艺术，優律司美实行业余班并被作为舞台艺术演出。运动给予最主要的感觉是无重量，相反那些優律司美治疗是挺实际的，甚至可能是初级的，并且治疗是穿着普通的衣服完成。然而，優律司美作为一门艺术，通常为着礼服和面纱完成。在业余课程中，一般而言，舒适的服装是普遍的，但也有群体使用先进的专业配备。

I. Eurythmy courses for adults:

III. Eurythmy in Waldorf Schools:
